The Praga Poludnie district lies of the eastern banks of the Wisla River, near the City Centre. It has a population of 179,836, covering an area of 22 kilometres squared. Based on the latest government figures the population is made up of 60% economically active residents (16-64) and around 20% were between 20-34 years old.


The district's main attraction is the Soho Factory a gentrified former Soviet industrial complex that was converted into a series of art galleries, coworking spaces, office stock, exhibition centres, restaurants and other general amenities. There are various amenities in the district including the College of Social Psychology and the Warsaw College of Arts. There are also 40 kindergartens, 10 elementary schools and 7 high schools.

Features: This is the second part of the Omulewska 26 project, a complex of three buildings, with 453 apartments ranging from 27 to 89 square metres. The first building in the project was occupied in May 2020, the second building is in advanced construction, whilst the 3rd phase has just started.


Location: The project is situated in the Grochów are, which is in the centre of Praga South. It's within a commutable distance to the SOHO Factory and the city centre. As of 2024, the metro system in the area is set for expansion and the Rondo Wiatraczna Metro Station will be located within 10 minutes. However, today the metro service is within 9 minutes walk from the apartment complex.
